  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and generally range between 3–10 business days, depending on:
    • Delivery location
    • Courier partner
    • External factors beyond our control
  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions are not our responsibility.

    • Refusal to accept delivery
      the order may be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Customers must report damaged, tampered, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.
  • Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery of the order.
