- Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Returns

- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos as proof.

- Customized, clearance, or discounted items are non-returnable, unless received damaged or defective.

- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.
